ADVANCED BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY · GUIDED SUPPORT SELECTION
The right printer, copier & scanner support. Without the guesswork.
Not every office needs a full-service agreement. Some need occasional repairs, others need help with scanning and network printing, and some need coordinated service coverage with automatic toner replenishment. Answer a few questions to identify a support option that fits your office.
Results are advisory, not guaranteed coverage or a binding quote. ABT verifies equipment eligibility, condition, location, service scope and final pricing.
Support that matches the problem
A printer problem isn't always a hardware problem. Our finder considers the type of issue before recommending coverage.

Frequently asked questions
What if I don't know whether my issue is IT-related or a copier problem?
You don't have to diagnose it first. The finder asks about symptoms such as scan-to-email failures, print-driver issues and mechanical jams, then suggests a support pathway. ABT can review uncertain cases before confirming coverage.
Do I need a service plan if I print very little?
Not necessarily. Occasional repair needs may be better suited to On-Demand Service Hours. Recurring remote printer or scanning configuration issues may point toward ABT Concierge. Printing volume alone does not determine the right coverage.
Can ABT help with scan-to-email and scan-to-folder problems?
Yes, ABT offers remote printer and scanning workflow support, subject to the selected service's scope and technical eligibility. Mechanical scanner or document-feeder failures may require a separate service assessment.
Am I locked into a 12-month service agreement?
ABT's standard service plans have a 12-month coverage term but allow cancellation with 30 days' written notice. Regular charges continue through the notice period, with no early termination fee. The separate Annual Toner & Supplies Plan and On-Demand Service Hours have their own terms. Explore ABT’s service agreement and equipment guides for more context.
