Yes. ABT's service plans are brand-neutral and cover all major manufacturers including HP, Canon, Kyocera, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Xerox, Brother, Sharp, Toshiba, and Lexmark. You don't need to replace existing equipment to get started — we service what you have.

Response times are contractually guaranteed and depend on your plan: the Essential Plan includes next-business-day response, the Professional Plan guarantees a 4-hour response during extended business hours, and the Enterprise Plan provides same-day or 2-hour priority response for critical devices. These are SLA commitments, not estimates.

Automated toner replenishment is included in the Professional and Enterprise plans. ABT's monitoring system tracks supply levels across your fleet in real time and ships replacement toner before you run out — no separate orders, no supply emergencies. The Essential Plan does not include automated supply management, but supplies can be added as an option.

Yes. ABT's Professional and Enterprise plans include multi-site coverage under a single service agreement. All locations receive consistent service levels, unified billing, and consolidated reporting — regardless of how many sites you operate or where they are located across the US.
