Yes. ABT's service plans are brand-neutral and cover all major manufacturers including HP, Canon, Kyocera, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Xerox, Brother, Sharp, Toshiba, and Lexmark. You don't need to replace existing equipment to get started — we service what you have.
Response times depend on your plan: the Essential Plan includes next-business-day response, the Professional Plan targets a 4-hour response during extended business hours, and the Enterprise Plan provides same-day or 2-hour priority response options for critical devices. Remote troubleshooting may resolve many driver, setting, address book, scan, and web interface issues before an on-site visit is needed.
Automated toner replenishment is included in the Professional and Enterprise plans. ABT's monitoring system tracks supply levels across your fleet where supported and ships replacement toner before you run out — no separate orders, no supply emergencies.
