Before ABT, Jay spent more than a decade inside the copier industry with Konica Minolta Business Solutions and Sharp Business Systems, running service departments, sales teams and multi-market branches in the Pacific Northwest, Southern California and the Midwest. How ABT guides are reviewed: Jay reviews each ABT guide for accuracy before it's published and when it's updated. Where a guide describes ABT's own terms (such as the 30-day written-notice exit on every agreement), those terms are checked against ABT's current agreements.
